A Business Central Addon to seamlessly update invoice details to the ZATCA portal and retrieve reports directly in D365 BC.

We developed a bridge between Business Central and ZATCA Portal, our Addon that seamlessly updates invoice details to the ZATCA (Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority) portal and allows users to print and download reports (in PDF, XML, JSON formats) directly within D365 BC. Fully compliant with Phase 2 requirements.

A straightforward process: the user creates a sales invoice and clicks "Generate E-Invoice." The system then transmits the invoice information to the ZATKA portal, enabling the user to print the invoice with updated details. Additionally, we send the posted sales invoice to the customer's email address, including an XML enclosure.

In the standard customer master and item master, the user must update customer details in Arabic, which is utilized in the invoicing process.

• The e-invoicing requirements will cover all taxable products and services subject to VAT.

• The e-invoicing process will be mandated for all VAT-registered business owners in Saudi Arabia and third parties submitting tax invoices on behalf of a taxable person.

• All B2B, B2C, and B2G transactions will be invoiced electronically.

• Arabic and English will be the standard languages for e-invoicing.
